It's been more than 1 and a half weeks, and I still haven't received my amount. Your live chat is of no use, why do you even have it there if all the answers are going to system system-generated? When will I receive my amount?

If it’s local currency then it would have arrived within 24hours. If not then they will return it to your bank within 10-15 days.

but if it’s crypto it should be reflected within 5-10mins.

 

never had a problem with transaction in stake but other things yes but not transferring money
