There are some internet providers that block the site stake.com, for example in vietnam.

Usually using any of Stake´s mirror sites will solve the issue.

If that does not work, you can try changing the DNS server in your device, the procedure is different if you are in windows or in android.....

I seem to have the same problem. Must refresh from time to time cause it gets stuck.
