50$ Affiliate bonus gets rejected

As i said in title, there is a wager 50$ in slots and get 50$ balance. I wagered much more than 50$ in slots and sent the request but as my affiliate says Stake flagged my account as suspicious, i have Level 2 Confirmation, i never had/have another Stake account, i can't get more information about the problem in live support, i hope i can find an answer here.
