Sports Bet

Hi guys! i was thinking of betting on sports for the first time and come across some confusing thing and wanted to just clear things out. So as you can see on the pic i was trying to bet on goals and come across this. I just wanna know if the first one in the images like is the bet there is it considered 1st period or as a whole game? because you can see that 1st period and the other periods of the game is separated and the odds are different. like what does it mean? please let me know anyone. Thanks!
