Chaos Collector didnt Pay out?

There is No reveal of The reCent Chaos Collector (9-16.5). Did i miss something? Why is there No Post regarding ist

This week's Chaos Collector and the Level Up promotion will be paid out a bit later than usual, due to some updates. We will make sure that it is paid out as soon as possible, and that no one is left out, and paid out accordingly.
