Please allow up to 72 hours for prizes to be paid out. If you believe that you are eligible and do not receive a message with a coupon link, please wait until 72 hours have passed to contact support.

I apologize I didn't know u were staff and I apologize for being offensive. Even if I'm the only one I can admit I was wrong.  I felt like your response was rude and condescending by literally repeating wat had already been said which it was but it's OK I did nt realize u were stake staff which gives the authority to act as such and in any manner u please and I was out of line to the way I responded to you and I apologize.

we understand that users are waiting longer than usual for the Level Up and Chaos Collector prizes, so I will not repeat what has already been said, but I can assure you that we are working on fixing the issue as we speak.

All eligible users will get their prizes, promotions will be paid out as always, we just need more time than usual, and your patience is highly appreciated. 

Users are aware that this doesn't happen often, and even if we have 48 or 72 hours, we usually pay promotions out around 2 hours after they are finished. Now, we just need time to check that no one is left out, because we have technical issues.

And your apology has been accepted, just please don't repeat anything similar in the future.
