Hello,
I have been one of the so-called loyal players of this site for 2.5 years. I didn't have any requests during this time. However, due to the problems experienced on the site recently (lags and errors...), I contacted live support for the first time. Aside from losing hundreds of dollars due to lag problems on the site, the codes given in yesterday's weekly streams could not be received again due to the errors of the site. Actually this is not a problem. The problem here is that when you tell this to the site, they don't care. They just give you excuses. because they know. You are a gambling addict and you will come back anyway. And it's disgusting that they show this attitude in your face. I'm not writing this anymore because I have any expectations. Just so you know. If you have any problems with stake, they won't care at all. I don't need to say this though. Because you all see the topics opened here every day. but loyal player systems are now theirs. While there are dozens of alternatives out there, this attitude was the last resort. They will probably delete this topic anyway. So if even 1 person reads it, it's something.

Man, not getting the codes is not a problem. It's happened to me before. The annoying thing is that I have been experiencing problems with the site lately, so I asked for help from live support for the first time. They gives answers like they making fun of you, let alone helping you. They don't care about anything. but it is supposedly the biggest site. There are very good loyal player systems. This is not greatness, it is just insulting the users.

I’ve received over 300 of the same exact emails dating back to last May. Support might as well be AI. Same with the VIP host.
