There was a glitch when you reached like 17k or something I can’t remember, the game continued even when coin didn’t drop 3 times, it was on the last row. It’s taking too long to watch it again  I think they won’t give you the win because it’s provider issue, not the casino. But I hope you can get it🙏 Good luck

Update : contacted again support but still now they have no news ……

why am i not surprised.. iv ran into multiple errors and bugs that made me lose money and cant remember once that stake took responsibility, instead of saying "nothing we can do about it"

UPDATE:

they contacted me today and told me that the payout is completely legitimate   While the previous time when they thought that the win was only 36.44 they credited the amount . Now when they realised that the win is 12k they don’t pay …

I am 100% sure that Stake are 1000% scammers.

Update : what the support guy told me after asked to pay the winnings or refund me all the bets I have ever made on this game .

i think that support does not really checked the issue at all

Update : Can you @Edward speed up the whole process as support doing nothing to give me my winnings . 
@Edward on the first communication I had Support agreed that there is problem with provider and they credit me the amount (36.44) which actually what they saw in the picture because they probably didn’t know how the winnings are displayed on fire in the hole game . The winnings are 36.44 + 59569 X 0.20 . 
You have answered from the first support ticket but you have added me wrong amount … 

Just check it and add me the remaining amount .

Have you reviewed your bet archive for April 26th? You should be able to see your game id and payout multiplier in real-time.
