Stake Did Not Pay the Bonus

Stake, you sent me a promotion, deposit 50$ and receive 10$, it's been almost a week since you deposited my 10$ after fulfilling the agreement. Support just keeps telling me that they are waiting for a response from marketing. However, in the same week I had received another promo and I didn't receive it either, support resolved it within 10 minutes. This time, it seems like they're not very interested in paying me. Even though I have had countless defeats and losses, I still don't seem to want to do it. Stake as a whole is very fair, but this support doesn't seem interested in resolving it.
