I mean do understand that it might be because of excessive begging but is this the solution? I mean you could have banned unranked or anyone below plat rank but this just doesn't make any sense that you banned all indians. You can easily stop letting unranked people from begging by simply stopping their chat option. They should only chat with support and no chatroom until they become ranked. More than 2 times begging could be given life time chatban. Something similar could have been done but you chose to ruin the experience of those indians too who were not harming the community.
