2000 bonus claim issue

I recieved a 2000 rupees bonus on my email from stake by completing crypto deposit task but stake gave me wrong link and i was not able claim it after a lot of try. When i clicked on redeem button it did not responded and i was not able to claim it.now few days ago they gave me new link through chat but it said bonus isn’t available which meant my bonus was expired and now stake team are not feeling guilty to their own mistake and they are not giving me new code.they are also not replying me through chat box.they are also not replying me through emails.
