Is stake support a joke???

Has anyone even been able to get a response from stake live or email support lately. I have contacted them many times through email and through live support and i get absolutely nothing as a response, "we will respond in a couple hours" like man its been fucking days.

Yeah they might take some time but dont stop trying, they will get to you eventually
