Hello everyone,

thank you for reaching out to us.

First of all, you should check if you enabled receiving emails from Stake. You can do that by following next steps:

Profile > Preferences > Marketing, as shown on the screenshot bellow:

If this option is enabled for your account, and you are still not receiving emails, please contact Live Support.
