7 Day Bonus Claim Restriction to battle bots.

Hello, 

So I received a surprising email today that my account has been restricted from claiming any bonus drops for the next 7 day period as King Edward has declared in his last stream, "to battle bots".  Let me just start by saying, I am the farthest thing from a bot, I am a regular player who deposits significant amounts and subsequently rips significant amounts. 

I am a plat 5, I play regularly, I deposit real money and win and lose. I do not use any auto claimers, I in fact rail against this because it prevented me from claiming Telegram drops which I do not ever attempt to claim anymore because these telegram channels that charge people subscriptions to claim drops for them. 

I do claim as many bonus drops as possible, but by no means am I abusing the system, or so I thought. Bonus drops are there for regular players to use are usually met by criteria which average play will qualify them for. If we are not meant to claim as many drops as possible, then why make them for everyone, there should be other means to combat bots, like a simple slide captcha or something like this that most solvers cannot do. 

Here are the regular bonus drops I claim over the course of the week:

- Eddie Weekend Stream Bonus drops: 5 or 6 max, can never get them all          > So lets say 4
- After Stream Drops: 3 drops that they send out from Testy or Blond Rabbit      > usually I get 2 
- I do the Level Up Slot promo (which I usually spend a couple hundred to get back 

Lets be generous and say by the farthest stretch that I claim 10 drops per week. Level up included. 

How is this considered abusing anything. I just do not understand. The bonuses are meant to compliment real play and wager. Its nice to have a few extra bucks to look forward to on Saturday after losing $800 on a Friday night. 

Just help me make sense of this, and also try to find a method that is not going to fuck over actual real people that do play and deposit and not just wager to claim codes and thats it.

 This is definitely not right. Stake need to fix this issue and fast. I have known tahawkin for years and he is the farthest thing from a bot or anything other than a 100% real player. Stake has changed so much for those of us who have been at stake since the early days. reward the beggars and punish the real players seems to be stakes new motto. First time I ever heard of something like this from Stake. It's kinda weird cause nowadays especially on telegram where it's very impossible to even claim a single bonus drop daily because of this channel that has paying subscribers/players who offers his auto-claim bot for all newly generated bonus drop codes. I am not sure if it is something that @Edwardshould look into but for real I am very very very lucky nowadays if I can claim one bonus drop in a week because every time it notifies me I quickly claim it but still fully claimed. Idk.. I am sorry @tahawkin, degens know you better and you don't deserve to be restricted like that.. we don't really know what made them decide, but let's see what they will say .. Sorry that happened man, its pretty hard to get codes nowadays because a lot of people are signed up to that channel that auto claims them. In my opinion its probably a Stake employee that created that channel and is profiting off the subscription fees he is charging for people to have all the codes claimed automatically. Who knows? One thing I know is Stake should probably take action against the auto claimer itself and the channels associated with it (im positive they know where its coming from and im unsure why they are not just addressing the problem at its source), not the actual players because a lot of them are innocent and just want a chance at claiming codes.  It sucks that you got caught up in that situation while others are still autoclaiming and you were not. 

also thats trash if they say they are trying to find a solution, they have tons of money...hire some dude that knows how to combat that shit and bam done. if people can turn dust into diamonds and mankind has been to outer space umm they can totally fix that shit so i and others like me can also claim codes lmao

I didn't even get single daily drop from telegram. 

And pass three weeks I claimed two fking codes. I don't have wager. 

This week I deposited and wager now banned from claiming and they sent mail at Friday?? If they send Monday, I will not deposit and wagered. Like now. I just hoping to claim codes from Eddie stream. 

Now they destroy my hope. 

Not about money. 

I already lost my deposit around 160$. 

I already OK with that bz I can afford that money. 

Now not about money I just got disappointment from this ban. 

I really want to know what is the reason and how about the future? 

It will happen always without notice like now they will sent mail when stream will be in next 24 hours. 

I just want explanation from someone who has authorized.

Sorry brother, as always stake implement rules that have collateral damage, I know you since 3 years, you have one account and you rip so much each week, when they are doing drops, it's about wager requirements, if you met the wager requirements, means you have the total right to claim the drop, you are fast in telegram claiming, as you admin in many groups, we all guarantee that, as per your responsibilities in group keep you on telegram for the most time possible daily, I hope they direct the problem to real bots and your account not to be just a collateral damage

I believe it's just a misunderstanding, the system is new. perhaps some accounts suffered some collateral damage. However, my opinion is that there are few drops for many members. I myself because some because I live in other countries and I won't stop sleeping to try to get codes. 😂

i think these bots should be barred from claiming any bonus drop codes becoz every time it looks like preclaimed bonus codes coz they are already claimed by these bots

I disagree, there are very few bonuses for many people. the bots get in the way but that's not the problem, yes it is possible for 1 real person to call for 15 codes including the weekly one and high rollers all lose

Hello, here we also had this same error without any explanation, something that was supposed to combat bots ends up combating the players who play and don't abuse these bots.

I think it's quite funny, there are more than 10 thousand active users with wager conditions met. While the daily drop is only $2 with a total of $2000 (meaning only for 1k users), yes there must be so many players who don't get it, but why is this a big problem that causes a big impact on pure players. My advice is to remove the daily drop feature that was recently added, don't punish players while your system is weak.

yep, they wait for all players to do their job to fulfill the weekly wager requirement. Once that's done they can't wait until the Sunday after the weekly claim drop.

Exactly! I prefer to remove Daily Drops rather than punishing real players for this bull shit things! They can also set a limit to every player like 15 claims per weeks by default or unless the player played above 20k-50k wagered for example to lift the restrictions, not doing this suddenly to the players who wagered throughout the week and waiting for Eddie's stream.
