I joined Stake 2017 and always lose any tips?

Iam gambling since 2013 ,before stake i was on primedice. 11 years continuous gambling and every time i lose. i joined stake 2017.

or win lose a little then rage bet to total loss?

Win and lose then total loss. But i never win anything big to share.I believe its the way i play and my bad luck. I  usually play stake originals.
