Aq9390 Posted June 9, 2024 #1 Posted June 9, 2024 Anyone received an email saying “your account has been updated and will not be able to claim the codes for 7 days” So I got unnecessarily banned from claiming the weekly codes during the stream via an email saying “your account has been updated and will not be able to claim any codes for 7 days” What is this update and why am I banned from claiming the drops from the stream??? I have never claimed any of the telegram drops and I am a regular player wagering 10k USD on average every week and never claimed any telegram drops so why am I barred from claiming the weekly stream drops? This is not acceptable ad Eddie mentioned only people who claim the telegram drops will get this ban so why am I being banned?? The last drop I claimed was last week during stream and I never claim any telegram drops so why Am I banned? I am an active Platinum 2 user on stake and wagering 10k on average every week and level 3 verified I think I should be treated in a better way and now I am missed on all code drops during the weekly stream. When I contacted the live chat and the support via email all they could say was this is not in their hands and I need to wait for another 7 days. I need a proper explanation for this and get my account unbanned again. I have all the wager requirements but because of this error from your end I am missing out on all codes for which I have the wager required @Edward had clearly mentioned this is to limit the bots who claim all those TG drops but when I have not claimed any drops from TG then why is my account banned and why does the support staff have no reasonable answer or explanation for this mishapp? I have attached all the screenshots and the prompt clearly says If I think this is an error/mistake from stake to contact support but they are not helpful at all. This is absolutely unacceptable to treat users who are regular on the site and no one can give an explanation. Has this happened to someone else too? It was bad enough that we have to fight the pace of bots to claim those telegram codes and now you withdraw my rights to claim those weekly stream codes for no reason. My history of bonus claims clearly shows that I only claim on weekly streams. Is that also not allowed anymore? What a joke. @Edward you need to look and investigate into this as I lost codes of worth around 50 USD yesterday for no reason.

How can regular players be treated like this for a mistake made by the concerned team? I have attached all the proof and sent numerous emails but no solution. This Is unacceptable but I guess since I am not a streamer and do not have a huge following my concern is not important to stake right?
zbreak Posted June 12, 2024 #5 Posted June 12, 2024 Cuz you claim to many in one week eddie talked about this in Saturday stream I think if you claim 20 codes in 1 week your labeled as a bots Did you claim tg drops prior Saturday drops

I never claimed any TG drops and this is why I attached the history of my drop claims which are only during weekly streams so I dont understand how they can ban me for 7 days when forget 20 codes I have never claimed a single Telegram code

Now I stop playing bz I think it is not fair. I just need reason from support team or whoever responsible why I get ban. But not get. So I stop play.

So clearly the concerned team is not doing their job right and randomly banning accounts rather than actually checking which accounts are misusing the drops. @Edward @Steve here is another account that has posted the same issue. What do you have to say about this? Is It acceptable that the team related to this is not doing their job right?

Tokai2021 Posted July 26, 2024 #24 Posted July 26, 2024 Now they have a New trick.. they dont bann accounts anymore from claiming codes. They actually bann you from wagering. Try it 1.01x dice or limbo 1.01 x You will pay up big time.
