When you make a good profit and then the Casino alleges a bug in the game you were playing and retains your profit, is there any way to file a dispute? Some body that you can appeal to.

I hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to provide you with information about a recent issue identified in one of our games, Dragon Tower, which you have been playing at our casino. During a detailed review of our games, we discovered an unintentional anomaly in the Provably Fair system that affected the outcome of bets placed on the third row of Dragon Tower. This anomaly resulted in an increased likelihood of winning for bets on the third row. Here's a clear breakdown of what happened: 1. Provably Fair Algorithm Bias: Our system unintentionally repeated specific steps across several rounds using the same initial conditions. This repetition led to a pattern that disproportionately favored outcomes in the third row. 2. RandomNumber Generation Issue: The method our system used to generate random numbers involved transforming bytes into integers. When this process was executed repeatedly under the same initial conditions in a sequence, it compounded a bias that again favored the third row more than other areas of the game grid. Investigation and Testing: To thoroughly understand the scope of this issue, we conducted extensive testing over 50,000 trials several times. Here are some key findings from these trials: ● ColumnCoverage: The third column showed a significantly higher frequency of being fully covered (2232 times) compared to the first (1319 times) and second column (1256 times). ● Overall Results: Despite the individual anomalies in column coverage, the overall distribution of outcomes across the matrix remained random: Row 1 Row2 Row3 33292 33398 33310 33416 33196 33388 33358 33275 33367 33257 33379 33364 33265 33319 33416 33283 33158 33559 33269 33265 33466 33409 33117 33474 33413 33318 33269

It wasn't on Stake, but I wanted a third party opinion and this is the only Casino forum I participate in
