How do one get marked timeout by the moderator on discord?

I don't know what went wrong But last week during the raffle with Steve, on the instruction page, somewhere in the middle a certain point was mentioned -  'post your username in stake and you will get picked in discord groups for the draw' (something of this sort), I had some issue understanding the instructions so I posted my query but since there were many people it went unnoticed so I was copying and pasting my query again and again, i did for 2-3 times and finally received an answer and when i followed up on that i got banned from discord by the moderator and now i cannot type or see messages on the discord channels. I am marked as timeout for another 1 hour 53 minutes, that means I won't again get picked during the stream with Steve/Eddie.

I mean i was not spamming them or abusing them without having any legit doubt. There were many who were abusive r writing same stuff again and again even more than me. Then why did I get blocked? 

For once, block me, I will even accept it but then do it so that i do not lose this week's opportunity to get into the streams ... Man, I have been playing consistently on stake, waging such that within a month of joining stake I have reached platinum III level. Have been earning raffles that are going in vain if I am not understanding something from the instructions. Is it wrong to seek an explanation to that?
