not able to claim weekly reward

hi,

in week 139 I placed a 1$ multibet 10legged and won it. but when i try to claim my reward it shows bonus code not found.

please anyone tell me how to get my sports challenge week139 bonus reward.i have fulfilled all the criteria.

if anyone has received the reward please share the link or tell if what to do next?it was promotional run by stake so i tried and won but now i am unable to claim my reward.

You are not eligible for this promotion becasuse one of the requirements was to hit at least 10x multiplier (odds), and you hit only 1.60.

this is your bet... read the rules carefully next time. It has to be at least 10 games and total odds of at least 10x.

Wonder what kind of reward did you initially expect to recieve with this kind of betting on 1,01 odds and so on 😆
