Euro cup early goal bonus not received yet

@Nikolas @Eddie Stake I have made a bet on 18th june on euro cup match b/w Croatia vs Albania. The match was draw but I won the bonus but after 48 hrs the bonus is not received yet. Please try to help people as soon as possible. 
Anyone suggest me something.
