Stake Banned Me after 5 Years

Stake has suspended after 5 years my user because i live from beginning till now in Switzerland, i am no longer allowed to recover or end my level up to Plat6.

I have invested so many time and money on here that i can't let it been like this!! @Edwardyou should help me on this point i can't give it a end like this. It's not the correct way Stake, that Stake/My Host treat me!! You all know from day 1, that i am from Switzerland and life also here. I ask you at least for a compensation since my host doesn't inform me about changes and i have played still here to reache Plat6 bcs the Levelup Bonus. As a Player ylu doesn't read every day the T&C.

Yeah I fear this might happen to several players, also from Germany and so on. Many long time players still are allowed at stake even though it’s a banned region.

Good, but as you know there is alote of Users joined Stake years ago are living in Switzerland or Austria, Germany France and so on. Whats about this verifed Users way is the rules not for every one?? 

I have invested to much time and money on here. Stake can't treat me like a shit.  While all others are still active on this site i can't understand this way.

I want a Compensation from stake at least 19.40% from my Levelup Bonus to Plat6 since i have the right to get it ut's not my fault!

@saidha This is absolutely sad but I faced an issue 2 weeks ago where they banned me for no reason and the stake live support has gotten worse and they give automated replies without reading the actual problem.

I had emailed support@stake and @Edward and also created post multiple times on X tagging them but no action has been taken.

I do not understand the point of having live and email support when all they say Is “It is unfortunate and not In our control” or “the decision made by the other team cannot be influenced by support”

@Edward this is absolutely sad as we are all old users and just because we are not big streamers or diamond players our concerns get ignored.

Thank you guys for your support, let'z see if there is any updates on this case. At least they should give me a part of my Plat6 Bonus as i told my Host. But nowdays she ignoring me.

Dude, at least you only wagered like 1 million since you became platinum 5. I am at 82% now and this would really hurt me.

Don't expect them to pay you any part of the bonus, 100% sure they will not do that, so don't even dream about it.

A good advice in this case, if you are on a restricted Area/Country do not think about level up at Stake anymore. Since all you are wagering and level ups can be taken from you in a secound and you aren't allowed anymore to been here.

I'm still waiting for compensation because I feel personally attacked. Everyone else from German chat, for example, is still olaying on this Platform.

But you know this is not a Stake issue right? Is a law  issue from your region, and Stake and all other casinos need to follow it. What they can do is what they are doing, letting you withdraw your funds and blocking your account for depositing and playing

Well, there are verfied Users from restricted areas and still playing here at Stake but my Host @Mina banned me and i am nit verfied at all. If all of them got banned i am totaly agree with you and takes the T&C serios.

Well, my 1. @Bojanaand 2. Host @Majareported me to Telegram since i have tried to contact them bcs nobady cares about me. So i can't reache my Affiliate Manager @Akhil or also not @Edward.
