Roulette - Bet on the surrounding numbers of 0

How many times have you been hunting this Number 0 on roulette? How many times have you hit the number next to it or just miss it really close, by two numbers or so. 

So I thought about this strategy and it works... most of the time... 

You bet a specific amount on 3, 26, 32, 15. If you prefer low risk you can bet on the three surrounding numbers but then the payout lowers itself significantly.

at the casino i usually bet on 0 game (1 unit split on 0,3 12,15 32,35 and 1unit straight on 26) then bet on tier section too.

 

on here, it never seems to hit zero section

ill try this but what is the difference of this number to other number? i dont get it, does this number often cames out, like , ball is being pulled into zero? and if not, will much likely go to numbers near it?
