I hit plat 3 and stake remove me from claiming drops for 7 days :(

I hit plat 3 just one week now ,  and  i received this mail (

We're writing to inform you that we've made an update to your account.

Your account will no longer be eligible for Stake bonus drops posted on Telegram or through any of Stake's official Social Media accounts 

for the next 7 days

.

You are still able to wager, deposit and withdraw as normal. You will also be able to claim bonuses such as Rakeback, Reloads, Promotions & Boosts. However, you won't be eligible to claim bonus drops that you would regularly see on our official Social Media accounts such as Telegram and X (formerly known as Twitter).

Don't worry though, after 7 days has passed, you will be able to claim bonus drops again.)

 

I reached  stake support and they dont know the reason ,  i asked to speak with someone from their team  and they dont give me email.

I am so confused anyone know the reason wy my account is restricted ?

live support  says  ) It is just that they are no communicating with us, so we do not have an insight into their decision-making process. )

I faced the same issue 2 weeks ago and this was their reply and when I spoke to Live chat they did not have a reason and then they warned me If i open a conversation again and again regarding the same issue they will ban me lol.

I also had created a post here on Forum like you and also posted on X tagging @Edward and also emailed him but no response and I wager around 12-18k weekly and that costed me codes over 55$ that week but they dont care and they have no reasonable answer to give.

The ban was supposed to be for people who claim all these TG drops and since It is always botted I never ever tried but they still banned me and I also provided them all proof that I only claim drops on stream.

They are just lazy to do their work properly and instead of actually checking our accounts I think they randomly banned accounts.

The support staff recently has gotten worse.

Nothing can be done

@Edward hope you read our concerns
