gold level up VIP is less than silver?

My girlfriend recently got into gamba & i was telling her about the rewards when you level up because She had just hit silver and received 50$ + 88$ for recent play.

She was super pumped when she hit gold but her bonus was only 110$ and they declined her a recent play bonus with no explanation..... its not a big deal but i told her to message support & to ask about it because maybe it was a mistake. the only response was they don't calculate it the marketing team does & they assured her it was right.... when she hit silver she only had to wager 5

0k but hitting gold is 100k..... she has over 35k wagered just this week & all her stats are negative🤣😅. Just wanted to let everyone know because honestly I was surprised to see it. not tryna complain as there is nothing I can do; but did want to make it public so other people weren't as confused as I was if it happens to them..  goodluck and have fun.

silver is 50k wager btw.

I didn't get recent when I got platinum. It's not a given. What surprises me though is that gold gave 110$ even though it was always just 100$.

@Snickers yes i understand its not guaranteed now. however i posted a screenshot above that talks about recent gameplay & how its recieved and no where does it say that some are excluded from the recent play aall together. actually the criteria that they have listed is exactly what is shown above negative stats the whole month. a decent wager. and a automated answer from supoort. IDK how they could claim to be the best VIP program when what they have listed is false information. You got screwed if you only recieved the base amount when you leveled up. unless you only played 99% dice id get out. lol

Nobody said you are excluded. Like I said, one time I also didn’t get it while leveling up, that’s just how it is. The next time I reached a new level I got some recent gameplay bonus again.
