Shavozz Posted June 25, 2024 #1 Posted June 25, 2024 My cell phone was invaded and my email was changed to another account, and I lost access. I tried to recover my account through the recovery email and even sending proofs and proofs that the account was mine, such as KYS level 3, proof of residence, an account linked to the virtual wallet that only exists here in Brazil and is linked to all the data of the account. They closed my account and don't respond to my emails anymore. I don't know what to do, I was really harmed and prejudiced out of nowhere. I would like a solution to at least review my account.
