I agree however when they are dealing with huge number of people, they might not have time to invest for each case is my view

Yeah i got muted because someone hated me because i got tipped by a friend . he tag mod then mod muted me in instant amazing.

There must be a third party who should review when moderator mute someone. Feel like mod has too much power in the chatroom.

I agree.....they think they can ban anyone anytime and worst part is that no one to monitor their actions.

There should be someone who checks moderators’ actions because sometimes I did notice that they weren’t up to the mark.
