Do you have any strategy in staying deep in poker?

Hi guys I always play in the poker tournament and I enjoy it a lot until I always lose. My ultimate goal is to get atleast to top 100. My last is 600place if you want to share any strategy I will appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

You should never bet on pre flops. Once you reach stack of around 50k just keep folding until you have good flops it's just matter of 1 big pot you don't need to bet every round.
