Account codes limited

Hello,

Received this email today, where i got restricted from codes.

From what I understand this message is sent to players who uses botting or w/e service that can be abused.

I personally have not used such a thing, I wager 10k each week for all the codes on weekly stream, I participate and engage in all the X posts for the PFP giveaways ongoing. Im active in chat and do my part, my account is also verified.

It sucks seeing this, as the stream is 2 hours away with my 10k weekly wager now useless for the codes. Ur support that I contacted could do nothing, just refer me back to the email and tells me to go away. Mr "Djordje".

 

Can someone look into this before stream as I do wish to take part of the codes when weekly stream is ongoing.

@smtgboringall good, im a regular user. I wager with dice 98%, do bonus buys & sportsbook betting. Im an active chatter in my regional room. I only have my main account and nothing else. I claims codes via stake smarter & daily drops group on TG. I also partake in the social media giveaways. Nothing special about me and nothing that im abusing.

Support does nothing aswell... upset is a fair word to use

That’s really not that many. But before they implemented this you’d have been lucky to get 2-3 in a week. I’m sorry it happened but I’ve been able to get 5-6 more a week because it was implemented

@smtgboringits the ones where they drop codes aswell for when they announce their promtoins and stuff. Codes are usually 5$ in there. Just search on TG "Stake.com - Play Smarter"

based on what Steve was saying on stream about 20 minutes ago, it seems they have implemented a new limit to how much you can claim from bonus codes each week. Although it's little weird that it would put your account on a cooldown for 7 days starting when you hit that limit instead of on cooldown until Saturday when everything else resets.
