I got the same email and not using any form of bot services or w/e. plat 2 that wagers each week in order to partake in the stream codes.

there must be something that triggers this. nothing is random at stake. You might have another bot running with your api.

In good old stake fashion, i don`t think this is a working system. It`s just random who they give the ban to. Regular people is still not able to claim any of these codes.

There is still no clear explanation why my account also received this email. told to ask support but only got a link and they couldn't explain what happened. I only have 1 account and rarely claim drops except when Eddie streams

At least you got email that you are blocked. I didn't receive any email cause marketing team decided that they will stop sending me any promo emails but i can still use bonuses.  It's like marketin team just spitting in our faces and laughing.
