As you already know, Stake has some new mods/community managers and we need to make their life a bit easier by implementing some basic Rules for you to follow and for them to be guided by. Each chat should have these and they should be followed if you want to be a valuable/respected member of the community.

 

  1. Don’t spam & don’t use excessive capital letters when chatting.
  2. Don't harass or be offensive to other users or Stake staff.
  3. Don’t share any personal information (including socials) of you or other players.
  4. Don't beg or ask for loans, rains or tips.
  5. Don't use alternative (alts) accounts on chat, that is strictly forbidden.
  6. No suspicious behavior that can be seen as potential scams.
  7. Don't engage in any forms of advertising/trading/selling/buying or offering services.
  8. No discussion of streamers or Twitch or any other similar platforms.
  9. Don't use URL shortening services. Always submit the full link.
  10. Don’t share codes, scripts or any other bot service.
  11. Only use the language specified in the chat channel, potential abuse will be sanctioned.
  12. No politics & no religion talk in chat, this one is strictly forbidden.

 

* Sub-rules and their further elaboration are given in the "Quote" below, so make sure to read that as well, for you to be fully informed on what is allowed on Stake chatrooms and what it prohibited.

* Moderators/support members/admins and community manages save the right to implement the rules as they see fitting and corresponding to the given situation.
* If player has been muted multiple times over the same offense, their mute time would be extended, and it would slowly end to the permanent disabling of chat privilege, especially if their behavior does not correct after multiple warnings/mutes.
* Rules can be changed and adjusted based on the needs of the community.
* For some more serious breaking of our chat rules, you may be muted without being previously warned.

Question:

If I mute someone in the chat:

Will he/she remain eligible to receive 'rains' that I send out?

Will he/she still have the capability to view the messages I send in the chat?

The user you put on your ignore list will still be able to see your messages and will be eligible to receive rain from you. Ignoring a user simply means not seeing messages from the ignored user.

@chinomute me 14 days just why i go to sport chat and i write 2 days no answer 14 days for.that is much he can reduce that ease like  1 or 2 days let ask all mods know me im every day in stake chat english and challenge .....that no fair for one loyality stake player sory for my englis

Hi,

The mod probably muted you because of this rule. You have already made an appeal. The mod that muted you will respond to you when he/she is around.

a friend of mine was mutated by low quality content. he posted the emoji in the chat: :blob: was the moderator's action correct? Considering that I've seen many people doing the same?

Probably your friend send this emoji a lot of time in other time, just for able a claim rain drops.
If he reads chat rules and manual of drops he found the rules. All people for able for rain/drops in chat need to be active without spams.

Moderators can see the historic chat of users.

Your friend can make an appeal in forum in determinated page for ask for unban/unmute.

@Bojana Hello, I was given a mute in the chat because I wrote that I play the same way in another casino, I read the rules in them, it’s not forbidden, the moderator is deceiving me, can you check the work of your moderator and my ban? or this is not normal mute for 30 days You are prohibited from chatting. Reason: Another casino

Hello. I just checked your chat log and saw that you actually mentioned another gambling site, which is not allowed. Talking about another gambling site or mentioning the site's name is considered advertising.

@Faris Then I could just get warnings, since there is nothing in the rules that says I cannot mention another site, players often do this, how do they mute for 30 days? Please resolve this issue (if I can’t mention it, I won’t mention it again)
