chowchow37643 Posted July 1, 2024 #1 Posted July 1, 2024 Hello everyone, I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to share a frustrating experience I've had recently with a casino, and I'd appreciate some advice or insights from the community. Over the past month, I've unfortunately lost close to $7000 at stake. As a regular and loyal customer, I was hopeful that I could at least benefit from their lossback bonus program to mitigate some of my losses. However, to my dismay, my request for a lossback bonus was denied by the casino. What adds to my disappointment is that I know of friends who have lost significantly less, around $700 or $800, and still received a lossback bonus from the same casino. This discrepancy in treatment has left me feeling undervalued as a customer who has consistently played and supported their platform. I firmly believe that the principle of fairness should apply here. The lossback bonus is intended to provide some relief to players who experience losses, regardless of the amount. It's disheartening to see that others receive this benefit while I am denied, especially considering the substantial losses I've incurred. I kindly urge the casino to reconsider their decision and extend a lossback bonus to me. It's not only about the monetary aspect but also about recognizing and appreciating loyal customers. Fair treatment and transparency are crucial in maintaining trust and satisfaction among patrons. Has anyone else encountered a similar situation? How did you handle it? Any advice on how to proceed or escalate this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I look forward to hearing your thoughts and experiences. Love your still loyal customer(lol), Chowchow37643 Also, I would like to add that even if I was given a dollar of lossback that would be way better than nothing. I feel unvalued in a way. Even if they don't care it matters to me personally that I'm treated fairly. Lastly, I'm jealous that people get 50$ email bonuses and I haven't been able to get a lossback in 2-3 months (maybe this is an apple to oranges comparison, but still there are some that don't even play that get those e-mail bonuses) . That's all. Rant over and sorry about the long winded post.
Stormaker12 Posted July 1, 2024 #2 Posted July 1, 2024 Hello chow It's really unfair, the top management of the hosts ask always the host to postpone lossback for the player as much as they can, and that what hosts do, it's nothing from the host, it's from top management, after seeing your numbers I suggest you move to another platform to play as stake becoming totally unfair for the player
loafingpenguin Posted July 1, 2024 #3 Posted July 1, 2024 ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️Bump. This should be seen by anybody chasing platinum 4 for a host.⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️
tahawkin Posted July 1, 2024 #4 Posted July 1, 2024 Good Lord. How is that even possible. I mean I have heard cases where you may need to lose 500 or 1000 to be eligible for loss back. Which is fair...although some other casinos Sh****le.com will give u loss back after 100 dollar loss. That being said. With the numbers u have shown. That is extraordinary losses and the fact that they won't even throw u a little assistance is disheartening and troubling. I hope that they have a change of heart and help u out.
Killacam303 Posted July 1, 2024 #5 Posted July 1, 2024 What’s up Chow! Sorry for your unlucky situation. How is your host unable to grant your lossback request with these numbers? I can’t think of any explanation that’s reasonable, even if she did give you one. Please keep us updated! Good luck Chow!
rado9989 Posted July 1, 2024 #6 Posted July 1, 2024 Hello. Sadly I have same experiences like you guys. Even with loss about -2k when you receive this : Good morning ☀️ Sadly, nothing extra available, as for the last 30 days you have been more than well covered with bonuses. Weekly bonus will be soon, so keep wagering to have a good bonus🤞 Have a good day ✨ [Not loosback] Then where is difference Plat 1,2,3 no host P4 with host.??? But casinos starting with offering moving your VIP status so maybe they wake up soon enough because this is not correct atleast my opinion. Best of luck guys 🍀
bizzmac Posted July 1, 2024 #7 Posted July 1, 2024 That's outrageous!!! I urge stake to reconsider or they'll lose many high rolling players to their competitors stronger bonuses incl. But not limited to, lossback.
ukstreamer Posted July 1, 2024 #8 Posted July 1, 2024 well, you have received more bonuses than your total losses to the casino, so why should they give you more just because you've had a bad week? Put things into perspective, because you're getting a lot of bonuses and you want even more now? (my stats currently show wager of 330k for the month, but only $1,800 in bonuses. So even though I wager more, I get less back from the casino. My overall losses are pushing half a mil as well, so the casino has made a decent living from me...and has not given me bonuses even close to that over the years) So think like a business, or play elsewhere.
casinorob3838 Posted July 1, 2024 #9 Posted July 1, 2024 lol 66k in bonuses crying about lossback and $50 emails. Looks like your problem is bankroll management

Jjdjjdjms Posted November 24, 2024 #14 Posted November 24, 2024 I think there should be a thread that explains your lifetime stats as there seems to be quite a bit of misunderstanding. let’s say, op was at 0 for p/l. It would should 0. Now let’s say for example op is 0 at p/l and also has 65k in bonuses. it would then show his p/l at 65k and bonus at 65k. since op stats are showing -62k and bonus funds of 64k that would mean he had to lose the total bonus funds and an additional 62k for it to show what it’s currently showing. the majority of players will show stats similar to this intentionally.
