That happens all the time and I still don’t get code banned. It still shouldn’t happen while my rolling weekly wager is $200k+ . If they issued a warning as a notification or email, that my account was approaching a bonus ineligibility threshold it’d be different. Then I wouldn’t feel bait and switched for wagering $200k for practically nothing, besides the weekly/monthly. If you’re content with getting code banned and continuing to play without any hesitation, that’s great. I’m sure many players don’t even need the codes as they may be actual high rollers. I however am not a real high roller (no bets over $10, monthly deposits less than $50k, etc) I just wager decent amounts because of Auto/Turbo settings and I need every one of those codes, for my play to be sustainable throughout the year.

Being in profit whether it’s your weekly or monthly bonus , drastically reduces the amount for both. Even being at a slight loss for a weekly however, could mean extra $50-100 bucks added to the total.

Interesting. I’m still waiting for my host to respond back, but in my circumstance this (reasoning and response from your host) would be total bullshit. I’ve outplayed my bonus total, so I can’t imagine my host will say this. Regardless, he’s a solid host and is pretty transparent when he communicates with me. I’ll be super disappointed if he gives me the runaround like your host did. Thanks for sharing, sorry it’s become a reoccurring issue on your account now. If this is gonna suddenly become part of my playing experience at stake, on a week to week basis, not a chance i continue wagering more than $10-20k a week going forward. I know it’s easy to say that I’ll just go to a competitor, but they’re out of their mind if they think there’s any value wagering more than $100k on Stake without those TG HR codes. That’s how mediocre their HR program is now, the “program” is 90% the codes.

That’s insane. I’ve never had this issue even once before and I can’t imagine it happening when I’m ranking up as a Plat 1-2. I probably would’ve quit Stake had this happened. Sorry man. Geez. I knew it wasn’t only me, but it sucks. seeing how shady Stake can really be to whoever. Did you fill your host in on this BS? I haven’t heard back from mine yet, but if he tells me this is just standard procedure I’m done with Stake. Seriously, a warning about reaching a code claiming threshold (before wagering $200k lol) should fix this.

I’d say I’ve claimed about less than half of the Christmas drops (In December) and very rarely am I quick enough to claim the daily $2-3 Stake drops. I miss a few HR codes when I’m sleeping and lately have not been claiming Saturday stream codes. My weekly wager today was rolling at about $170-180k. As soon as i finished a session today (-$300/ -$1k weekly loss/ 1.2k bonuses) I got this email. I’ve heard about code banning before, but I thought it really only applied to users who were wagering the bare minimum for an extended period of time. Support told me that they can’t comment on it and just sent me a link stakes TOS. The fact that there’s no warning, that I was approaching a threshold for a code ban is super shady stuff from Stake. I 1000% would have wagered $180k elsewhere, had I known Stake would actually do this and confirm it wasn’t a mistake. I don’t think it matters to them that it’s during December and I’ll be ineligible for all the Christmas promos and drops. Stake’s High Roller program was already average at the very best and had little value for players wagering over $100k and up to $250k. The High Roller Telegram was the only daily perk for high wager and has a few days of the week where it only has $6, $12 codes. Stake bait and switched me after I wagered $180k for the week. If they were planning on blocking me from redeeming codes for a week they should have gave me a warning. Please don’t wager these amounts without the understanding, that stake has no issues deceiving you with a bait and switch like this one.
