Code Banned- $180k Weekly Wager/ $-1k Weekly loss

I’d say I’ve claimed about less than half of the Christmas drops (In December) and very rarely am I quick enough to claim the daily $2-3 Stake drops. 
 

I miss a few HR codes when I’m sleeping and lately have not been claiming Saturday stream codes.

 

My weekly wager today was rolling at about $170-180k. As soon as i finished a session today (-$300/ -$1k weekly loss/ 1.2k bonuses) I got this email.

 

 

I’ve heard about code banning before, but I thought it really only applied to users who were wagering the bare minimum for an extended period of time. 

 

Support told me that they can’t comment on it and just sent me a link stakes TOS.

 

The fact that there’s no warning, that I was approaching a threshold for a code ban is super shady stuff from Stake.
 

I 1000% would have wagered $180k elsewhere, had I known Stake would actually do this and confirm it wasn’t a mistake. 

I don’t think it matters to them that it’s during December and I’ll be ineligible for all the Christmas promos and drops. 
 

Stake’s High Roller program was already average at the very best and had little value for players wagering over $100k and up to $250k. The High Roller Telegram was the only daily perk for high wager and has a few days of the week where it only has $6, $12 codes.  
 

Stake bait and switched me after I wagered $180k for the week. If they were planning on blocking me from redeeming codes for a week they should have gave me a warning. 
 

Please don’t wager these amounts without the understanding, that stake has no issues deceiving you with a bait and switch like this one.

Dw ur not the only one. Keeps happening over and over to active users. I'm still in total loss and was rain + codebanned 4 consecutive weeks.

I was down 3k this month, just last week recovered to even. (While already being codebanned). I've missed every stream and every christmas drop.

They won't give you an answer, they'll say wait 7 days and then you will 100% get another week.

Everyone in our regional chat who's been banned has gotten minimum back 2 back weeks at a time.

It's complete bullshit and they won't be transparent about it. But I do hope they fix this nasty system at some point.

But that’s bullshitt. Why should i get excluded just because other people are slow to claim codes? Lot of them haven’t lost as much this week or wagered as much but they can claim codes because they just don’t normally? What universe do you live in where that’s acceptable?

It's literally ridiculous. I've never been code banned but I see it happen all the time to regular degular folks who aren't even extreme.. meanwhile in reality it's at the point where if you don't have access to bot links there's no point in trying to claim them anyway. And the wager requirements are literally only affecting players. Not bots. It's almost like they are encouraging the bots. It is a slap in face to players who actually fund the entire existence of stake.

That’s insane.  I’ve never had this issue even once before and I can’t imagine it happening when I’m ranking up as a Plat 1-2.
 

 I probably would’ve quit Stake had this happened. Sorry man.

Geez. I knew it wasn’t only me, but it sucks. seeing how shady Stake can really be to whoever. 
 

Did you fill your host in on this BS? I haven’t heard back from mine yet, but if he tells me this is just standard procedure I’m done with Stake.

 

Seriously, a warning about reaching a code claiming threshold (before wagering $200k lol) should  fix this.

I have been code banned 4 times and I wager $100k+ every single week and I only claim some of the highroller codes.
They don't seem to care at all.

Im on my 13th codeban now since august 1. 

The first codeban was after wagered 300k in a week and levelup to plat 4. after that instant codeban.

I play allot of challenges, for which I receive rewards. I guess they count levelupbonus and those rewards too as bonus and then you get flagged as someone who abuse the bonuses

 

But I can only guess, cause Stake wont give me the reason, but just keep me banning and says its a decision from someone else. Its very shady and rigged tbh. It seems it too much to ask them to reasonable and rightious. They just ban without giving any proof. And even if i did something wrong, which im 100% i didnt, how could I prevent it next time, if they dont give me the reason?

Being banned during christmas is some extra dimension to it.

Great job Stake, thats the spirit.

Stake is shameless when it comes to code- and rainbans, hence why I'm not playing much at stake anymore as a highroller. 

If we withdraw they punish us. 

I used to depo 2-7k a month. I don't so it anymore because of this shit. Overall I'm down over $60.000 at stake since October 2023 and I've had so many code- and rainbans, 5 weeks in a row at the most.

Sorry, it's because the amount of bonuses versus gameplay is currently disproportionate. Our goal at Stake is to offer all players as many bonuses as possible to as many different players possible. 😊

To avoid this happening again we'd recommend increasing gameplay versus the number of drops being claimed. 🙏

Interesting. I’m still waiting for my host to respond back, but in my circumstance this (reasoning and response from your host) would be total bullshit. 
 

I’ve outplayed my bonus total, so I can’t imagine my host will say this. Regardless, he’s a solid host and is pretty transparent when he communicates with me.
 

I’ll be super disappointed if he gives me the runaround like your host did.

I know it’s easy to say that I’ll just go to a competitor, but they’re out of their mind if they think there’s any value wagering more than $100k on Stake without those TG HR codes. That’s how mediocre their HR program is now, the “program” is 90% the codes.

they think its free to wager 50-100k every week.. like of course I gonna claim all the codes when i have that wager whenever i can, it aint free to wager it

They will never tell you, but I'm 100% sure that what you stated before is quite accurate: all the rest of the "bonuses" you get through the promotions (level up, stake vs. eddie, chaos collector, multiplier race, etc.) count towards the amount of bonuses they use to block you out.

What is laughable is that they are putting codes and these promotions at the same level. A code that requires 0 effort to grab and promotions that require time and money (which most of the time you will end up negative just by doing them).

It really doesn't matter if you use third party apps or not. I even think those people are not even banned at all at this point.

Atleast you can say you're pro after you maxed(?) bonsai today and withdrew it all because of the ban. Nice way to say f you stake 😆 they ain't getting that money back when they treat you like shit

Sorry to hear this but it happened to my wife too and she's at p5 and wagered over 200k a week. I'm only doing 40k so far. Seems like maybe they are favoritism certain highroller accounts

Hi Ninja. Yeah I just got my 6th week rain (shadowban because they still denying it exists) and 5th week codeban. There's always 1-72hours between the bans but missing out on weekend stream + hr codes sucks.

I never claim normal drops because of how fast they get claimed by the REAL issue aka code claimer bots/scripts/alts.

By the time I get the notification they're already gone.
