Hey man, yeah it sucks, they need to do something about it or just remove the code ban thing, they are punishing the wrong players.

That happens all the time and I still don’t get code banned. 
 

It still shouldn’t happen while my rolling weekly wager is $200k+ . If they issued a warning as a notification or email, that my account was approaching a bonus ineligibility threshold it’d be different.
 

Then  I wouldn’t feel bait and switched for wagering $200k for practically nothing, besides the weekly/monthly. 
 

If you’re content with getting code banned and continuing to play without any hesitation, that’s great. I’m sure many players don’t even need the codes as they may be actual high rollers.

I however am not a real high roller (no bets over $10, monthly deposits less than $50k, etc) I just wager decent amounts because of Auto/Turbo settings and I need every one of those codes, for my play to be sustainable throughout the year.

We all heard about it but noone exactly knows why and how it happens. I heard that it depends about how you play (original or slots, etc) and you amount of wager. And it depends If you winnings or not, If you actively claim all drops or not, many reasons. But in your situation it sounds weird

Everyone is Code Banned effectively now. They last under 3 seconds . 

Last year the Christmas codes had 5000 total claims. Now the codes can only be claimed by 2000 people. 

* (Despite Stake tripling their # of users and revenue since last year)

*250,000 subscribers to the Telegram channel and over 50,000 people online at any moment on Stake now

*Its a joke. If anything the total # of claims should have increased. Or at least stayed at 5000. So total drop limit of $25,000 per code. Then you would have 5 to 10 seconds to claim it. Instead of 1.5 to 3 seconds.

I cant even claim the codes when I have Telegram open..staring at it all day. What is enjoyable about that?!

I think im at the beginning of same story here. I got a 7 day code ban, even tho i only claimed saturday codes, nothing else. I got my first email after i finished my plat2 levelup, i wagered last 20k on dice99%  so i thought maybe they saw it and that would be the reason for code ban. but then a couple days after first ban expired i get 2nd one (in the middle of saturday stream). And a day after that one ends i get another email, saying ALL the bonuses i receieve will be reduced for 30 days because i got "excessive amounts of bonuses". Apparantly 25$ weekly for 10k wagered is excessive. Ofc suppot tells me nothing, no explanation of any kind. Looking at ur story i realise that im probably blacklisted forever now and gonna keep getting those bans over and over. Time to leave stake. Used to be such a great site, now they really dont care about their customers.

Sorry to hear that. I havnt received such ban (yet).  This cutting of bonusses is new to me, only received ban after ban for drops for 7 days, think 16 or 17 in total now. Most annoying they dont even give a reason and just do as they please, idk about you, but this is def not how i wish to be treated. It like getting a punishment from a cop, and they dont tell you why or whatever lol.

I’ve heard about code banning before, but I thought it really only applied to users who were wagering the bare minimum for an extended period of time. 

 

Support told me that they can’t comment on it and just sent me a link stakes TOS.

 

The fact that there’s no warning, that I was approaching a threshold for a code ban is super shady stuff from Stake.
 

I 1000% would have wagered $180k elsewhere, had I known Stake would actually do this and confirm it wasn’t a mistake. 

I don’t think it matters to them that it’s during December and I’ll be ineligible for all the Christmas promos and drops. 
 

Stake’s High Roller program was already average at the very best and had little value for players wagering over $100k and up to $250k. The High Roller Telegram was the only daily perk for high wager and has a few days of the week where it only has $6, $12 codes.  
 

Stake bait and switched me after I wagered $180k for the week. If they were planning on blocking me from redeeming codes for a week they should have gave me a warning. 
 

Please don’t wager these amounts without the understanding, that stake has no issues deceiving you with a bait and switch like this one. 

This happened to me multiple weeks around Christmas, but appears to have stopped.  I hope you are experiencing the same.
