You clicked 4 tiles and pressed cash out, before the tiles had revealed themselves. Once everything caught up, it only registered that you clicked the first tile (hence why you won) and revealed the entire board. If you check your bet id, it shows that the server only registered the first tile reveal. Could you please provide a speed test for us from here: http://speedtest.net/
