Suggestions than will help Stake and Stakers

The following will not only give a better experience for  Stakers but also make it less likely that other casinos poach Stakes return customers. Stake may think it's offset due to all new promo signups. But I push back with likely alot of those that join for a temporary promo are there for that promo and play real conservative to walk away in profit after promo. Where return stakers are fuck it all or nothing each time go for broke.. I think we all know who's more valuable that's why Stake should look to protect their return Stakerz.

I feel some things have either lost value and therefor appeal. These other Casinos know Stake wrote the book on all this so what do competitors do they copy the book but toss in a pre/sequal(they tweak that once top of industry vip program to improve it. Then at same time only adjustments Stakes made is reductions that have decreased vip appeal)

1. When factoring  recent play lossback from vip host evaluate only last 30 days and have lifetime play no factor in it. Many of your competitors now do this. Keeping it under stakes current structure gives a reason to not remain at Stake if ever getting into large profits. As it will negate any lossback benefit off future losses while still in overall profit.

2. This one I'm sure not just me but any other Diamond that's ever felt their bespoke % would better personalize to their needs at x% percent only to have host deny it and tell you what % can be set at despite that % giving no personalized benefit to your current gaming needs. Thus making bespoke fell less bespokey then it was thought to be, as we wagered to Diamond. So have hosts permit bespoke changes that the Diamond Player knows would suit them best and if the host doesn't think it would suit them best. Then provide a reasonable explanation why it does not. 

 

3. Anyone who's played Stake Originals for past 4.5 years would agree starting near end of 2022 Stake greatly reduced Originals rtp to the current way it is now where majority of players see red streaks that far more often continue until either bust or they drastically reduce bet size then immediately game starts giving some wins. So my suggestion here is to revert Stake Originals gameplay back to how it was coded in 2021. Stakers that were not around then will be thrilled playing Original games for a much greater part than they are now if this change gets reverted.

I am almost Diamond 2 and had to hit up my Host and ask what the bespoke bonuses were? If anything, my bonusus have dropped off significantly since becoming a Diamond VIP. All i have received from my host other than reloads was 5% of my next level up bonus when i reached 90% progress to Diamond 2.

My Hosts response was that the Bespoke Bonuses were not a thing when I reached Diamond (October last year) which im not sure but what would be the benefit of reaching Diamond or higher if nothing changed or in my opinion gets worse.

A player shouldnt have to approach a host to seek out bonuses or rewards, if a host is doing their job they should be reaching out to players. My host seems to be a glorified "Reload Setter"  for me. A friend of mine (Plat 5) with same host gets extra bonuses whenever they ask for them and bonuses are usually between $200-$400 and our wager is for the most part very similar.

And completely agree in relation to the Stake Originals.

In my opinion Stake has fallen away significantly in the last 12 months. More concerned with signing up and looking after new players these days......

I feel the same way, since hitting Diamond it's like we're old news, and they don't think they need to reward our play anymore, I'm just going to completely stop playing at Stake for a while and switch my play over to another casino that already rewards me more than Stake despite me depositing there significantly less.
