i didn't take more then 15 drops for sure (i count everyone i took)  Why me and many others people keep getting every one week this stupid letters about "an update to your account"??? We aren't do anything wrong we are not bots been 6 years on stake and now im very disappointed you said you'll get ban ppl only if they take 15 drops but we didn't why we getting band this new system is a piece of shit!!!

If the restriction is due to a player simply making a turnover for stream/rain and withdrawing/not playing with those funds, then such a letter is the right thing to do. If, however, these letters are pure randomness, then we will all get them, some sooner, some later.

just fyi - it has NOTHING to do with the amount of drops you claim.

Someones mother fatherdog i know has claimed EVERY single drop of tele & streamer from 1$ to the HR 200k wager drops - for 12 days now -> NO warning, NO ban,.

And to put the cherry on top - he even received the Olympia mail from yesterday with. 15$ bonuscode ...

 

Edit : The last 23h alone he claimed 49 Bonus. Drops  ( saturday streaer codes, eddis codes are included )

So no one knows how to avoid getting code banned?  
 

Same thing has happened to me multiple times and no, there is not a reason listed in the email and no point in reaching out to support because despite the generic reason they give it you prove that it happened after you claimed little to no drops they say they are not sure why and it is handled in another department and they cannot do anything to help.
