v1rtu0s Posted July 14, 2024 #1 Posted July 14, 2024 Every day I see on social media rando people posting things like this https://www.reddit.com/r/Stake/comments/1e1i5dn/anybody_else_get_3_email_promos_today/ Which is infuriating and a slap in the face of everyone who is here since years and NEVER got ANY bonus email out of the ordinary EVER (which is basically everybody). People who are getting 3 of those emails THE SAME DAY pretty much also rules out that it's random Stake better clarifies who is getting those and why, because as it stands, this "promotion" is actually creating net-negative value

MrArthur Posted July 14, 2024 #3 Posted July 14, 2024 I heard from someone that these emails are from affiliate programs. So if you registred under affiliate code you might get emails like this. But i might be wrong.
Lakercat Posted July 15, 2024 #4 Posted July 15, 2024 Logic would say that if you've deposited a lot in the past and then have stopped, they probably thinking you've moved over to a rival site, so they entice you back in with some bonuses to remind you why they think Stake is the best site for gambling entertainment.
v1rtu0s Posted July 15, 2024 Author #5 Posted July 15, 2024 These are all valid theories, but do not ring true to me, I've had lots of phases where my deposits fluctuate strongly, didn't get any email whatsoever. Most probable: it's also in the hands of corrupt stake staff, like the picking of people on stream, or the twitter "giveaways" or the stream forum thread etc.
