Deposit bonus not received

Hi Team, 

I have got an offer in which I have to wager an amount of 100$ and upon successful wagering I’ll be getting a 20$ bonus. which I haven’t received as of yet.

I have been sending continuous emails but not support has been provided.

Hence, I am posting it in this forum and seeking for your kind support.

if you need an further details do let me know and please resolve this as quick as possible.
