so can it be the same? equal good? 

or should it be more? like 80.01x

80x multiplier for Wild Flower is enough, but in order to be eligible for the prize for The Level Up promotion, you have to complete other requirements as well:

And of course, you have to fulfill other requirements, such as minimum bet amount, date/time of placing the bet etc.
