Not eligible for bonus :/

Hello, im new to stake and also to his forum  Hi everyone!

Today i was reffered to play at stake.com with welcome bonus code for rakeback and reload.

I played well here and had much fun from it, deposited just around 60 bucks, wagered over 500 bucks, so yea wager says for itself that it was fun to play :)

The problem is i met requirements of the welcome bonus, reached to support team for them to activate it as i was told to do so, and got that kind of answer:

                      Our team informed us that you are not eligible for the bonus in question.

                      Sadly, we do not have any information regarding this and the decisoion is final.

No one wanted to give me any kind of information why, and i feel scammed, i started playing on stake because of that bonus, played well, and now all of this is ruined by that kind of non fairplay situation. Is there a chance any moderator could help me in this case?
