I want to share a serious issue with Stake’s bonus-drop system.
Between Dec 18–Jan 1, I deposited roughly $12,000 CAD on Stake and wagered heavily. During that same period, I claimed about $30–$35 total in bonus drops — less than 0.3% of my deposits.
Despite this, my account was restricted from claiming bonus drops for 7 days due to “disproportionate bonuses vs gameplay.”
I wasn’t farming bonuses, profiting from drops, or avoiding wagering. I was actively depositing and playing real money. I also regularly sit through long Kick streams purely for the chance of catching an occasional code, most of which are gone in seconds anyway.
That raises a simple question: what’s the point of offering bonus drops if players are penalized for trying to claim them?
Most drops are effectively unclaimable due to speed, bots, or instant exhaustion. I’ve never successfully claimed a $2–$3 drop — only the smallest ones — and yet even those count against you.
Support confirmed there’s no appeal, no human review, and no transparency. The system appears to judge rigid behavioral patterns rather than actual wagering, value, or intent.
When a player deposits five figures in under two weeks, actively wagers, and engages with official streams, getting restricted over $30 in drops is hard to justify.
