  2. I would like to escalate a complaint regarding my host’s lack of response and unprofessional handling of my requests. Can someone please explain how a host can change their status to “sleeping” without responding to any of the questions and requests I sent? I waited more than 10 hours for a reply, only to see my host go offline and set their status to sleeping without providing any response at all. Is this considered acceptable customer service? When I contact support, I am told they have no authority over the host. When I speak to the host, I am told they have no authority over management. When I email management, I receive generic responses that do not address my concerns. So who exactly are customers supposed to contact? If the host cannot help, support cannot help, and management does not provide meaningful answers, who is actually responsible? I want a clear answer. Today, this delay directly affected me. I was waiting for my extra bonus transfer so I could place wagers on scheduled matches, but because my host failed to respond, I missed the opportunity. This situation is extremely frustrating. Why are customers being treated this way? I am fully capable of leaving Stake and moving to another platform. I understand that Stake may not be affected by a single customer leaving, but as a customer I need a platform with strong customer service and proper accountability, not endless excuses and ineffective responses. I would like to formally file a complaint against my host for keeping me waiting for more than 10 hours without any response and for failing to provide the level of service expected from a VIP host. Thank you. Please note this complaint was sent to support regarding a delay in response. Unfortunately, the responsibility lies with their manager “Eddie,” who is allowing this situation to continue. All responses are automated and generic, and even the reply did not address or clarify the complaint. I received an email response that had nothing to do with the issue raised. What is the benefit of being a VIP in Stake if I’m treated the same as any regular player in the chat who is just waiting for a few small bonus dollars to play with, while I’m making deposits worth thousands?! I consider myself a millionaire, and I know there are people who play with millions, but I still expect to feel the value of having a VIP host service. Fadisabha: first email Dear Stake Support, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my current host support experience. Recently, I have suffered considerable losses on my account, yet I have not received any compensation or gestures of goodwill from my host. My regular host is currently on leave, and I have been assigned to a replacement host. Unfortunately, it has been over 24 hours since I reached out to the replacement host, and I have not received any response. Additionally, I have noticed that ever since my host was changed from the previous one to the current one, all bonuses, rewards, and special benefits have been completely stopped for my account, without any clear explanation. I kindly request that you: Review my account activity and recent losses to assess if compensation is applicable. Investigate the delayed response from the replacement host. Review why my bonuses and benefits were stopped after changing my host. Ensure my concerns are addressed promptly and that I receive fair treatment in line with Stake’s VIP program standards. Keep in mind that Sunday is a day-off for the majority of hosts, including the backup VIP hosts. An icon displayed next to your VIP host’s username shows their current availability status on Telegram. Do note that a VIP host will always respond to you as soon as they are available and as soon as they get to your message or request. If you have other questions, don’t hesitate to ask. Kind regards. I fully understand that Sunday is a day off for most hosts, but I have now been waiting for over 24 hours without any acknowledgment or action from the backup VIP host. This is unacceptable, especially considering my high level of activity, deposits, and wager volume on Stake. As a loyal VIP player who deposits and plays daily, I expect: Immediate review of my account activity and recent losses to arrange fair compensation.   5. This situation is unbearable. I changed my host due to the long delays in responding to my requests, and now you’re also taking hours to reply.
