I would like to escalate a complaint regarding my host’s lack of response and unprofessional handling of my requests.

Can someone please explain how a host can change their status to “sleeping” without responding to any of the questions and requests I sent? I waited more than 10 hours for a reply, only to see my host go offline and set their status to sleeping without providing any response at all. Is this considered acceptable customer service?

When I contact support, I am told they have no authority over the host. When I speak to the host, I am told they have no authority over management. When I email management, I receive generic responses that do not address my concerns. So who exactly are customers supposed to contact? If the host cannot help, support cannot help, and management does not provide meaningful answers, who is actually responsible?

I want a clear answer.

Today, this delay directly affected me. I was waiting for my extra bonus transfer so I could place wagers on scheduled matches, but because my host failed to respond, I missed the opportunity. This situation is extremely frustrating.

Why are customers being treated this way?

I am fully capable of leaving Stake and moving to another platform. I understand that Stake may not be affected by a single customer leaving, but as a customer I need a platform with strong customer service and proper accountability, not endless excuses and ineffective responses.

I would like to formally file a complaint against my host for keeping me waiting for more than 10 hours without any response and for failing to provide the level of service expected from a VIP host.

Please note this complaint was sent to support regarding a delay in response. Unfortunately, the responsibility lies with their manager “Eddie,” who is allowing this situation to continue. All responses are automated and generic, and even the reply did not address or clarify the complaint. I received an email response that had nothing to do with the issue raised.

 

I honestly don’t know what Eddie is doing in his office???!
