No response from Host

This situation is unbearable. I changed my host due to the long delays in responding to my requests, and now you’re also taking hours to reply. I will be filing an official complaint with Stake’s management — this is completely unacceptable. I’ve been waiting for a response for over 3 hours.

3 hours? really? sometimes people also have to sleep as well.. i mean.. what the.. if you don't get a reply within 24 hours, that's maybe a problem but again, weekends? free days?

I don't think it's reasonable to expect a response from a human with a schedule on a whim. They will get back to you.
