She is my mother-in-law, she taught me many things, the only message that I always remember, "be independent, be a woman who has many advantages and intelligence, even if you are not an expert". I was taught how to sew, make clothes so I often buy fabric, make dolls and other DIY works, learn to make snacks and cakes which are now a hobby and make money 😂😅, learn a little medical knowledge, at least for first aid, learn to cook various dishes, so I rarely eat out, it is healthier to eat at home, and of course it saves a lot of money 😅. She changed my lifestyle a lot from liking to buy to making it myself😁.
I am truly grateful to her, life is more colorful, it is not easy to be a multitalented woman, one thing I was not taught was to wear make up 😅, my mother-in-law always wears make up and looks simple, she hates women who wear too much make up so she prefers to teach all her daughters-in-law what is useful in the family😄.
And those teachings, especially those that generate income, are especially useful 😊, like last year when my husband had an accident and was out of work for almost four months. I was able to cover the costs of surgery and daily living expenses. Imagine if I hadn't been taught to be independent, I might have had difficulty covering the costs of the surgery.
