  3. incorrect you didn't read well. I stated that i didn't have enough wager to receive rain. They gave it to me nevertheless This must have been the reason i got more in compensation then i should have. On top of that your assumption with regards to claiming with a bot is also incorrect

  5. Bit lost for words, last week i didn't have the wager requirement to get rain Stake nevertheless gave me 2 drops. Day after i got an email from the : Hi DikkieSamDa, We're writing to inform you that we've made an update to your account. You are still able to wager, deposit and withdraw as normal. You will also be able to claim bonuses such as Rakeback, Reloads, Promotions & Boosts. However, you will notice the amount you will receive through those bonuses has been reduced. After 30 days has passed, you will be able to receive bonuses at normal amounts once again. Regards, Stake Not sure why they are doing this, i never asked for rain in the first place as i was sure i didn't wager enough. Now i get "punished" for 30 days as a result from their error?! Support was friendly but as expected the department who decides this can't be reached no further explination given; it is what it is. Stil like you stake but its a bit weird and feels unfair tbh

That makes it a bit more clear thanks Well i am damn sure that i only have 1 account, and nobody else i using my ip address to play stake on So maybe the ration between what i claimed/wagered and didn't lose was the reason for it All good 7 days only just skip 1 live stream Will see if it happens again, assume not as i don't to anything which violates their rules Have a good one

Received an email today informing me a few changes were made to my account For the next 7 days i wont be eligible to claim bonus codes ( even tho i have more then enough wager) For the first time I tuned in to Eddies stream and managed to claim 4 codes manually I've never been able to claim a single code from tg as they are to fast gone, so I gave up on that Not using any bot service either as im affraid my account will be compromised resulting in losing funds Reached out to support who friendly informed me that they can't explain why, it is what it is The department in charge of this choice isn't available for direct contact Is there a max of codes one can claim? Curious what triggered this
