Sadly the more you wager, the higher probability you win with more tickets right. So that is why the million dollar wager customers usually always in. Your tickets don’t even make up 0.1% of the total tickets that were entered. So that is your chances, less than 0.1%.

Yes unfortunately you have to lose to eventually win big. I would advise moving around to different games and not play the same one. Usually you have to deposit 10x to get a big win and then you do not really win back on slot games. Assuming that is what you are playing.

Thank you @NatasaC, I had contacted them. But, they’ve always given me scripted answers, was always usually resolved on my favor. The purpose of this post was to see if anyone else had the same issue. If it occurred enough, then pragmatic should look into why this occurs.

Has this happened to anyone else? This happened a few times now. When I am betting, let's say on Baccarat, there have been more than a few times in one session that my bet disappears just before bets closed, the bet disappears 90% of the time on the side I bet (i.e., player). Rarely does the side, I did not bet on (i.e., banker), wins. I thought it was just a glitch but, it happened a few times to me. Once or twice is odd but after two times in one shoe for baccarat and more than two times in one gambling session for me; it is not add anymore. I even asked the dealer and they said that nothing occurred on their end. 2-3 times they said they chat cleared or disappeared for them, this was reflected as there were no winners that showed up at end of cards being dealt.
