It's been a week since my last reload claim and I just gave up asking the support ... it just keeps moving from one agent to the other with same response ..... Entire thing is very shady .... If any of you get lucky then let me know .. until then good luck.

Live support just doesn't want to acknowledge that Mikey is not responding ... They cannot reassign me to another VIP host and asking me to wait for Mikey's reply ... I've Lost hope

I have contacted live support but they are asking me to wait for the host to respond, but I have let them know this is very strange of Mikey not responding for 6 days ... they still continued to ask me to wait. That is why I've created this to see if it will get any traction.

Hi Support, Mikey is my VIP Host and he used to respond in under 5 hours to help me with anything including resetting the reload. But I'm trying to reach him to reset my reload for the last 6 days and with no response. I also saw in kick (5 days ago) that it is his last stream for a long time (Not sure what that means). If he is still with Stake, I appreciate him to help me reset my reload and send my vault for the missed claims. If he is unavailable to serve his VIPs, then I sincerely request Stake to find someone and reassign us to the new host. He has been such a wonderful host, but can I have someone help me here. Thanks
