Kamesh Posted February 24, 2025 #1 Posted February 24, 2025 Hi Support, Mikey is my VIP Host and he used to respond in under 5 hours to help me with anything including resetting the reload. But I'm trying to reach him to reset my reload for the last 6 days and with no response. I also saw in kick (5 days ago) that it is his last stream for a long time (Not sure what that means). If he is still with Stake, I appreciate him to help me reset my reload and send my vault for the missed claims. If he is unavailable to serve his VIPs, then I sincerely request Stake to find someone and reassign us to the new host. He has been such a wonderful host, but can I have someone help me here. Thanks

Kamesh Posted February 24, 2025 Author #4 Posted February 24, 2025 I have contacted live support but they are asking me to wait for the host to respond, but I have let them know this is very strange of Mikey not responding for 6 days ... they still continued to ask me to wait. That is why I've created this to see if it will get any traction.
BaccaratBoy Posted February 24, 2025 #5 Posted February 24, 2025 Did you ask specifically to be assigned to a back up or emergency VIP host? I would specifically ask and let them know that you do not appreciate or like wasting money when this could be easily resolved at their discretion.

Support just telling me to wait. If mikey is taking some time off then they can atleast assign his duties to someone else.

What speaks against simply having the bonus or reload written down by someone else? In a normal company you can't tell the customer that you have to wait indefinitely. the customers then go somewhere else. very very bad support.

Entire thing is very shady .... If any of you get lucky then let me know .. until then good luck.
